Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 377bd ("377bd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the 377bd website, mobile platform, and all associated services including the sportsbook, casino games, promotions, payment services and customer support. By accessing 377bd, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

377bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 377bd platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Core Platform Principles

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 377bd you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement at any time entitles 377bd to suspend or close your account and to void any open bets or pending withdrawals.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 377bd does not accept registrations from persons under 21 under any circumstances whatsoever.
• You must register using accurate, true and complete personal information. Provision of false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You may hold only one (1) active 377bd account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether deliberately or inadvertently created — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of all transactions conducted through the duplicate account(s).
• You must use 377bd for personal, recreational purposes only. Use of 377bd for commercial purposes, professional gambling operations, or on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion period on 377bd or any other gambling platform at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the service.

377bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time frame may result in account suspension.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may maintain one registered account on 377bd. The account is personal and non-transferable. Your 377bd account provides access to all platform services under a single login and a single BDT wallet balance.

• Keep your login credentials (mobile number, password) strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable SMS OTP (two-factor authentication) from your account security settings. This is strongly recommended for all accounts, particularly those with significant BDT balances.
• Notify the 377bd support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or if your registered mobile number is lost or stolen.
• 377bd will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 377bd that requests your password, OTP or payment credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.

• The name on your 377bd account must match the name on the identification document you submit for KYC verification. Discrepancies may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the discrepancy is resolved.
• KYC documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. 377bd processes KYC submissions within 10 business days. Expedited KYC review may be requested by contacting the support team.
• The BDT payment method used for withdrawals must ordinarily be registered in the same name as your 377bd account. This name-matching requirement is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 377bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 377bd supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players. Accepted methods and applicable limits are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in your account's payment section.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 377bd, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited to your 377bd wallet instantly upon payment confirmation from the provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to confirm during peak hours.
• 377bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources (i.e. accounts or cards not registered in the account holder's own name). Deposits originating from third-party sources will be returned and the account investigated for AML compliance.
• Chargebacks, reversals or disputes filed with a payment provider in respect of any 377bd deposit are treated as fraudulent activity and will result in account suspension and recovery proceedings.

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal will be processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play freely but withdrawal functionality is locked until KYC is approved.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 10–15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, system maintenance or bank non-business days.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 377bd account. 377bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cash transfers, or cryptocurrency wallets.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

377bd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific conditions set out in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonus funds and free spins are credited to your account balance automatically upon satisfaction of any stated qualifying conditions (e.g. minimum deposit). If a qualifying condition is not met, the bonus will not be credited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the wagering period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts or shared devices will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game type is specified in the individual promotion terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage, and certain game types may be excluded entirely.
• 377bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has satisfied the wagering requirement, any bonus balance at that time will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk, will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules govern gameplay across all 377bd products — the sports sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing arcade games and any future product categories added to the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the 377bd platform provides an explicit cash-out option for that specific market or game.
• You may only place bets using your available real-money BDT balance or eligible bonus balance. 377bd does not offer credit betting. Bets cannot be placed if your available balance is insufficient to cover the full stake.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other interruption affecting a game or bet in progress, 377bd will investigate using server-side logs and settle the affected bet according to the outcome recorded at the point of interruption, or void the bet if no outcome was recorded. The decision of 377bd on disputed game outcomes is final.
• Sportsbook markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, BCB, BPL governing committee, FIFA). 377bd is not responsible for errors in results published by third-party data providers prior to official confirmation.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply across all product categories. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant game or market information panel. 377bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that fall outside the published maximum limits due to a system error.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 377bd. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on 377bd, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including the claiming of multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate promotional outcomes on 377bd.
• Collusion between players in live casino games, poker variants, or any multiplayer game format available on the platform.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds to 377bd from proceeds of any illegal activity, and withdrawing funds for the purpose of converting illicit funds into ostensibly clean BDT balances.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any 377bd game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error or glitch will be voided regardless of whether the exploit was deliberate.
• Accessing or attempting to access the 377bd platform using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server or any other IP-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or platform security measures.

377bd employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. 377bd will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

377bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, the following circumstances will ordinarily lead to account suspension or closure.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by the 377bd compliance team following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other conduct that 377bd reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder, which takes effect within 24 hours of receipt and remains in force for the duration selected by the player.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance less any amounts owed to 377bd (including any fraudulently obtained bonuses or winnings) will be returned to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited in full upon closure for breach.

8. Responsible Gaming

377bd is committed to responsible gaming and maintains a suite of player-protection tools accessible from every registered account's settings. Use of 377bd is permitted only for adults aged 21 years and above. 21+

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly BDT deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, deposit limits can only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically. Session time limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from 377bd for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open and your balance is preserved, but you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 377bd for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the selected period and cannot be reversed early under any circumstances. Any real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned via your registered payment method after KYC completion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 377bd platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, betting interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 377bd or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 377bd platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 377bd platform without the prior written consent of 377bd. Unauthorised use of 377bd intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 377bd's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 377bd specifically excludes liability for the following categories of loss.

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 377bd platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, communication failures, or data loss caused by events outside 377bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications network failures, power outages, or third-party service provider outages.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the 377bd platform (including but not limited to odds, match statistics, game RTP figures, or promotional terms) that contain typographical errors or are updated following initial publication.

11. Amendments, Disputes and Governing Law

377bd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 377bd platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting the support team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the 377bd customer support process should be submitted in writing to the 377bd support team at [email protected]. 377bd will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 28 calendar days of receipt of a written complaint.
